Facilities Asset Manager

We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to support a Senior Facilities Asset Manager in providing managed services to a contract in London


  • Facilities Asset Manager
  • Location: London
  • Salary: £45,000 + 20% Bonus
  • PFI
  • Facilities Management PFI

Duties include:


  • Assisting the Senior Asset Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
  • Assisting the Manager with the Management of life-cycle and variations.
  • Asset management of building services
  • H&S and quality inspections
  • Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
  • Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements


  • Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management project advantage or backgroudn in FM leisure industry
  • Experienced with Asset Management
  • Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
  • Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent client relationship experience
  • Experience with PFI Projects (desirable)
  • Compliance experience
  • Highly organised and customer focused
  • Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
