Static Maintenance Engineer
Monday - Friday, 7:30am / 4:30pm
Mayfair - W1J
Salary up to £36,000
The UK's leading specialists in commercial air conditioning installations, repair and maintenance are looking for a Static Maintenance Engineer to be based at two multi-tenanted commercial offices in Mayfair covering the landlord side of the buildings.
The successful Static Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for all reactive & planned maintenance on site as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis - the ideal candidate will come from a mechanical background and have good knowledge of pumps & motors as well as general building services.
As a company they can offer 20 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, company pension as well as PDA and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Static Maintenance Engineer:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience for a Static Maintenance Engineer:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance
- Previous Building Services experience
- Experience with sub-contractors, logbooks and compliance
- Client-facing & well presented
