Moves & Changes Coordinator
Glasgow
£30k
Moves and Changes Coordinator required for my market leading client in Glasgow to work on numerous end client projects across Scotland. You will need 2-3 years' experience in space planning and property moves management. You will need to have a strategic head and knowledge of planning strategic space solutions.
Prior experience of working in a busy consultancy or a large end client with plenty of move projects is required. Experience of occupancy and space planning is required as well as solid experience with 3rd party vendors and suppliers and strong logistic skills.
This is a progressive role within a dedicated team.
Salary - £30k + paid company car + overtime 1½ or 2 times rate for weekend work - total package can equate to £50k
Location - home and client based - complexly flexible
