Reactive Maintenance Engineer
South Coast (Bournemouth/Southampton/Portsmouth/Andover)
Monday - Friday, 40hrs a week - **Flexible Hours**
Salary up to £38,000 + Overtime
The UK's leading FM refrigeration specialist is looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team across the South Coast working on a well known supermarket contract, the successful candidate will work on a Monday to Friday basis and will be joining a company who can offer an extensive benefits package as well as further training and progression opportunities.
Job Responsibilities for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer:
- Complete maintenance & reactive work across several large commercial sites on the South Coast
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works when needed.
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services.
- Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair.
- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance, attend service call, diagnosing and repairing faults with air conditioning and refrigeration in commercial environments.
- Provide technical support to other engineers
- Keeping logbooks up to date
- Any other building services tasks that may arise
Qualifications / Experience for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer:
- F-Gas (Essential)
- Previous experience working in client-facing environments
- Excellent team working skills
- Previous FM experience
