Air Conditioning Engineer
Watford - WD18
Monday - Friday, 40 Hours - 8am/5pm
Salary up to £43,000
One of the UK's finest Facilities Maintenance companies are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their small team of engineers across 3 sites all in close proximity of one another with a once a month travel to a satellite site in London to complete monthly planned maintenance.
Working on behalf of the leading lottery company in the UK, you'll be responsible for all reactive and pre-planned maintenance, minor installations and small project works assigned by the client.

Responsibilities for a Air Conditioning Engineer:
- Maintain HVAC plant and equipment within the estate
- Reactive and pre-planned maintenance and any other tasks that may arise
- Prepare plans and specifications with cost estimates for current and future work; arrange existing and proposed workload
- Liaise with client and other departments regarding workload and any synergies which could affect efficiencies
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, components, testing equipment
- Sign off all completed service tickets on completion of works
- Perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving and lifting heavy objects
- Participate in an out of hours standby in accordance with the specified procedure
- Complete tasks in line with pre-set deadlines
Experience & Qualifications for a Air Conditioning Engineer:
- F-Gas 2079
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to liaise with multiple clients
- Excellent time management and organization skills
