We have the Facilities Manager role for you…
In your new FM role you'll be the face of our business on client site, a busy business park in Orpington. You'll be the first point of call for all our facilities service delivery, managing our suppliers, keeping the tenants happy and being the person on the ground developing a real community that's going to improve the way our customers interact with the site.
You'll also get involved in project work relating to asset management, procurement and community events so there'll be lots to keep you busy.
To hit the ground running in this FM role you will need experience looking after corporate or commercial buildings before and really enjoy delivering great service in a customer-focused FM environment.
A significant part of the site is green belt land so a knowledge of landscaping contractors would be helpful, though not a necessity.
