Engineering Performance Manager
Nationwide (work from home)
£55k - £65k plus car allowance
If you're a technical or building services manager looking for more influence or itching to utilise the latest smart building tech we have the role for you.
In your new Engineering Performance Manager role you'll be our subject matter expert on all technical services across our client's varied property portfolio. As this is a managing agent contract you'll oversee asset management, PPM schedules, lifecycle planning and forward maintenance regimes, managing risk across the hard FM supply chain.
Our clients have ambitious plans for their estate so aside from the day-to-day you'll be front and centre of their smart building roll-out project.
There's a lot of scope to make a big impression with this role. If you're looking for job where you can combine your engineering knowledge and passion for the future of building services with the clout to actually get things done this is it.
As the main technical services professional across this account you'll have a lot of interaction with our Asset Managers, property experts, M&E suppliers and the senior management team within our clients. To enjoy this position you'll have to be comforable presenting to these sorts of people and driving your ideas through to them.
As this is such a high profile position we will need you to have worked in a similar job overseeing technical services across a multi-site estate before, ideally with CIBSE membership or accreditation. Any knowledge of working on smart building or IoT projects would be a bonus.
