We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a leading FM Services Provider, who are looking for a Project Manager (Electrical bias) to work in an NHS Trust based in Yorkshire.

Day to Day:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for a multi-site portfolio with projects ranging in value from £1k - £2m.

Typical project will include:

Plant lifecycle, Reconfiguration of wards, as well as being responsible to monitor the progress of the design, works/construction and commissioning activities and action accordingly to ensure the works are completed within the time, budget, and safety and to the required quality.

Educated to Degree level in a Technical/Engineering subject, it is essential that applicants have experience of managing commercial projects within a live and high footfall environment, ideally within a Hospital or Healthcare, although this is not essential.

Applicants will also have demonstrable experience of capital development, RAMS, CDM, and Tenders, as well as experience of NEC forms of contracts.

Requirements:

Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised and thorough and articulate leader who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
