Facilities Coordinator / Office Coordinator

£24,000-£25,000 per year

London - SW1P

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator/Contract Support to work for a large Facilities Maintenance firm based out of a large office site in Central London.

Our client is recognised as one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the country. The company operates from a strategic network of regional offices/contracts throughout the UK, you will be based at their office site in London.

The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. Have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required. This position has the opportunity to be highly progressive within the account.

You will be required to;


  • Day-to-day office and clerical tasks
  • Be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and support other business activities
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the premises
  • Log all office related issues/jobs on the helpdesk system
  • Manage and monitor the helpdesk and liaise with the engineers to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
  • Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues
  • Establishing and enforcing office policies
  • Maintaining a clean and organised office appearance
  • Providing support for team and office functions
  • Managing post
  • Completing and managing inventories (stationary, kitchen consumables etc)
  • Developing quality control procedures
  • Improving communication between the London office and Crawley teams
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks

Experience in a contract support or Facilities coordinator experience would advantageous.


  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
  • £24,000 - £25,000 - Dependent on experience
