Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
North London
Monday - Friday / 08:00am-17:00pm
Salary - £45,000.00
We have a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest Facilities Management companies across a Commercial Contract in the North London area.
In this role as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you will be responsible for primarily service & maintenance as well as repairs, breakdowns and minor installation work.
Job Responsibilities;
- Carry out preventative maintenance program
- Carry out reactive maintenance works
- To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times
- Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work
- Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation
- Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
- Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
Qualifications and Experience;
- Valid commercial gas tickets (essential)
- 17th edition/18th edition (desirable)
- Good electrical fault finding skills
- Previous client facing experience
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Previous client facing experience
