Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
South Wales **ONLY**
Monday - Friday, 40 Hour Week (8:30am/5pm)
Salary - Up to £38,000
One of South Wales' total building services companies are looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team of 5 engineers working on their commercial portfolio which consists of offices, factories, medical centers and student accommodation all within an hour of their office in Cardiff.
In this role as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you will be responsible for primarily service & maintenance as well as repairs, breakdowns and minor installation work - as a company they can offer 21 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme, van with a fuel card with some private use included.
Job Responsibilities;
- Carry out preventative maintenance program
- Carry out reactive maintenance works
- To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times
- Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work
- Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation
- Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
- Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
Qualifications and Experience;
- Valid commercial gas tickets (essential)
- 17th edition / 18th edition (desirable)
- Good electrical fault finding skills
- Previous client facing experience
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Previous client facing experience
