We have a fantastic opportunity for Fabric Technicians to work with one of the leading FM Companies within the UK.
The role relies on you being able to get on with direct and scheduled jobs / tasks without supervision. It is important that you are happy to work using your own initiative, but obviously respond to any jobs that have been scheduled and respond to reactive tasks.
Duties as a Fabric Engineer
- Legionella testing
- Bulb/Lamp changing
- Room inspections
- Routine testing
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Replacement of floor/ceiling tiles
- Patching and painting
- Occasional use of tools
- Hanging shelves and notice boards
- Re-grouting and tiling
- General repairs to any damages
- Undertake any other maintenance tasks required by the University
- Salary: £27500
