Do you have a passion for designing dynamic workplace experience programmes for fast growing startups? This could be the role for you!
You will be joining an aggressively growing tech firm in London who have doubled their headcount from 75 to 150 in the past 12-months and intend to double that again before the end of 2022! With this huge increase in headcount they are seeking a hands on workplace specialist to manage all aspects of their workplace. No two days will be the same.
Initially you will be working with real estate agencies to source a new workplace and manage the move to new premises so broad experience of corporate real estate would be helpful including moves, site acquisition and budget. Once in the new space this role will give you feed your passion for organisational culture, forward thinking approach to hybrid working and give you the autonomy to deliver design and deliver a best in class workplace experience for this growing firm.
If you want to surround yourself with some of the brightest people in the development of artificial intelligence and technology then this could be a great fit! This is a client side role where you will report directly to the CEO so is a very important role to fill as they plan the next 5 years of growth.
