Workplace Change Manager
London
12-month contract (3-days per week)
£450-500per day - OUTSIDE IR35
Workplace Change Manager required for my well-established design and build client for a front-end workplace change programme. This is a standalone contractor role where you will be working onsite in West London at a media company at the beginning of a large office relocation programme.
You will need to have solid experience of designing hybrid working practices and a passion for ensuring that the site is fit and ready for the new refit in 2022. There is circa 60,000 sq ft of commercial workspace in scope with a traditional individual desk office approach which hampers collaboration. This role will involve you working with various senior stakeholders to understand their requirements as well as the design team to engineer not only a fantastic new design and refurbishment but ultimately an inclusive workplace that harbours teamwork and partnership.
This is a standalone role for 3 days per week onsite - as workload increases the other 2 days can be spent on other projects or as a part time contractor.
