Electrical Shift Engineer
Reading - RG6
Continental Shifts - 12 Hours
£40,000 - £42,000 + £3,000 Shift Allowance + Overtime
The UK's leading FM company are looking for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join their engineering team at a large critical site in Reading - on site you will be responsible for all M&E related tasks which includes reactive and pre-planned maintenance, work orders and occasional low voltage/high voltage duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all requirements are met within clients SLA's
- Resolve and complete day to day work orders meeting customer satisfaction targets and delivered in time frame requirement in line with agreed KPI's
- Carry out a planned preventative maintenance within agreed timescale
- Maintain up to date job logs of work completed and outstanding items
- Provide site project support as required
- Ensure effective communication with the management team is maintained at all times
- Operate as a team with other technicians by sharing expertise and experience to help resolve operational problems
- Participate in the critical services training programme
- Carry out isolations and re-reinstatements of electrical LV & HV, fire alarms, pneumatic and water systems when required
Qualifications / Experience
- City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 18th edition
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a maintenance environment
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Flexible approach to work
