Maintenance Electrician
Central - East - West London
£35,000.00 Per Year
Monday - Friday ---- 08:00am-17:00pm
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the country's leading FM companies. This opportunity is working on a commercial real estate contract based in Central, East or West London working on a cluster of sites. We will also accept candidates with only their Level 2 Electrical Installation Certificates.
The successful candidate will be working on a modern, revolutionary workspace offices that are designed to improve work life and wellbeing based in central London.

We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of Facilities Maintenance or with the right attitude to move into the industry. The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. Have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works.
- Working safely and professionally in a client facing environment
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks when required
- General Building services work when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 2 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance
- 17th or 18th edition (desirable)
- Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
- Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
- Very well presented
- Client facing experience (desirable)
- Clean driving license.
