In your new Contract Manager role you'll oversee the soft services provided to one of the most iconic addresses in central London, a building infused with kudos and history but that still plays an active role today. Supported by a small onsite team of helpdesk, FoH staff and a Facilities Manager you'll be our representative on site, and the commercial lead. This means ensuring we deliver excellent services levels throughout the PFI contract whilst maintaining a profitable relationship.
The role wields a P&L budget of circa £8 million and, as with any SPV, performance against KPIs is constantly emphasised so to enjoy this role you'll need to be confident in this kind of environment. We have a strong relationship with our client so there isn't any bridge building which needs to be done but there are always negotiations around contract variations which need to be handled astutely and we'll be looking for you to have done this before.
If you are a Senior FM or Contract Manager who has worked with public sector organisations or on PFI contracts before we'd love to hear from you.
