We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our team based at our Coalville Office.
Salary between £21,000 - £22,000
The responsibilities of this role include acting as a front line liaison between our customers, clients and employees by telephone and email to ensure we provide the best level of customer service possible and meet our SLAs. You will use our CRM (Salesforce) to record new faults, book engineers to attend and to follow up to completion.
Whilst this role is predominately Monday to Friday, a degree of flexibility will be required to suit business needs.
The candidate:
With previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in an office based role, you will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, you would have some understanding of electrical appliances but this is not essential. Strong decision making and problem solving skills will also be beneficial.
