Administration
As a Customer service advisor , you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our portfolio of Private, Public and Corporate customers, including managing phone calls and emails as well as maintaining their databases.
You will be provided full training as well as ongoing coaching and training sessions. The Bristol office is a vibrant and busy office.
Salary - £21,000
Hours - 7pm - 7am
Rolling 4 shifts on - 4 shifts off
What will I be doing?
- Managing inbound client interactions via Telephone, Email, and Web-Portal
- Maintaining databases to ensure accurate updates are captured, and deadlines are met
- Reacting to emergencies raised by the client and managing them through to completion
- Liaising with our supply chain to ensure timely attendance and completion of outstanding works
What qualities do I need?
- Previous experience in a customer service environment such as hospitality, retail, or contact centre settings
- Strong organisation skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and previous experience using Microsoft Office
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi task and make effective decisions quickly
- The ability to work well as part of a team to achieve both personal and team targets
