PFI Contract Manager
Hayes
£50k - £60k
PFIs are like Marmite but if you're the sort of person who really goes in for those contracts this is the job for you!
This is overseeing a single education site based in Hayes for a TFM provider which needs some care and attention. We're looking at a turnaround project here with someone able to walk the tightrope between relationship building and contract negotiation with the client.
All the usual Contract Manager duties you're used to (owning the P&L, hitting contract deliverables, compliance and reporting) will still apply but the key focus on this role is improving that link with the client and supporting them with their performance. In turn, you'll have an experienced on-site team to back you up.
If you're a Contract Manager who enjoys the challenge of an improvement project you're going to excel here.
A PFI background is going to be a huge bonus and as there is an emphasis on reporting and compliance you'll need to be commercially confident.
Obviously, once you've got things back on an even keel, it is anticipated this Contract Manager role may become a little quiet for you so the plan from there would be to look at growth or progression opportunities within the company. They are expanding rapidly at the moment and that is expected to accelerate in 2022 so now is a great time to join.
