Workplace Strategy Project Manager- Future of Work programme
6-12month initial assignment
£500pd INSIDE IR35
Hands on workplace strategist required to guide this global banking client through to a new future of workplace in London then Europe and then globally! Having just relocated to a brand-new European HQ in Central London they are seeking a hands-on workplace strategist to help them transition to a hybrid working programme for London and then to rollout globally.
This role will require end to end workplace strategy experience, the ability to pull all of the client's stakeholders in the right direction, ability to create governance, project management in flight for the workplace programme and excellent client management skills.
The programme has been scoped and is underway - the client is already onboard with the transition to hybrid working. The key deliverable of this role is being able to bring future office vision, project management of all workplace based deliverables and being able to bring different company departments (HR, IT, Real Estate, Finance etc) into said programme.
