Job Title: Group Operations Director
Salary: £60,000-£70,000
Location: Hertfordshire or Middlesex office
Role Overview
My client is an established property group that offers a range of services to their national client base including residential block management. They are now due to consistent growth looking to add an experienced block management professional to work closely with the Group Managing Director to run various Regional offices and business functions across the group. This is a great opening for someone within a similar role or looking to take their next step in to a Director role.
Overview of Duties
- Act as a Line Manager to the Regional Directors of the regional offices. They are bringing in a KPI system for all staff moving forward which will assist you in this.
- Oversee two Risk Assessors carrying out combined Fire/H&S Risk Assessments.
- Oversee the Maintenance Department, promote greater use by the regional offices and ensure that the action plans from the FRA's are carried out in-house as far as possible.
- Look at tendering M&E services across multiple sites to achieve bulk discounts and consistency.
- Be available as an advice resource for staff so they can draw upon your experiences.
- Be part of the internal training programme and provide short training courses on areas of your expertise on an ad-hoc basis.
- Troubleshooting if/when necessary across the group.
