We have an incredible opportunity working under the biggest FM company in Europe on the largest government contract in the UK. This role will be for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role and is looking for a challenging role.
Core responsibilities:
- The person will have responsibility for the PPM & Remedial tasks service co-ordination and performance outputs to meet the Department's Statutory Maintenance and Compliance requirements
- To support and manage a partnership solution delivering the Client's Statutory Compliance requirements driven by an effective PPM & Remedial Task regime
- To own and manage the governance arrangements around Statutory PPM, Remedial Works and support Compliance outputs/measures and risk management creating sustainable relationships at all levels
- Responsible for the development and periodic review of the Strategic PPM Plan
- To lead the PPM Service & Data and Change teams and provide management representation/ownership of regime / change issues both to the Client and Integrator
- Liaison with the Client Compliance Team and the organisations functional support SME outside the account to ensure full understanding of the PPM regime requirements
- Develop & test the Business Continuity plans for the contract always ensuring the continuity of service
- To develop & maintain an improvement strategy for PPM management across the Account, including standards compliance and efficiency / productivity enhancement
- To identify training requirements for PPM personnel, facilitate the appropriate training courses & ensure the complete & accurate maintenance of training records & qualifications
- To help embed a zero-harm culture of Health and Safety within the contract
- Ensure effective risk management processes and systems are deployed and managed to deliver enhanced levels of resilience, business continuity and broadcast continuity
- To work with National Maintenance Network, Client Compliance Teams, and external Suppliers to provide an integrated and seamless service delivery model to the Client and its stakeholders
- To work closely with the National Maintenance Network and Client Compliance Teams to ensure that all systems and processes deployed are fit for purpose, meet partnership objectives, and are fully understood and implemented across the Estate
- To work with the Performance and Business Improvement teams to continually review and enhance PPM and risk management solutions for critical infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience:
- BEng / MSc / MEng / CEng in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar, discipline or equivalent education and experience.
- Likely to have proven success as a PPM SME and at least 10 years proven experience in related service activity and PPM change programmes
- Full understanding of ensuring full compliance with contractual, legal, safety and statutory obligations
- Strong technical background
- Served in key technical and SME management positions
- Demonstrates ability to implement and meet targets across multiple sites
- Has clear understanding of FM industry
- Has proven ability to manage, develop and motivate multiple teams
- Demonstrates well-developed communication, relationship management and influencing skills
- Experience of managing statutory contract performance and documentation
- Competent in managing health and safety
