Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities & distribution and logistics.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to work mobile throughout Cambridgeshire, on the biggest pharmaceutical contract in the region.
Role Summary:
Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the site M&E systems (Air Conditioning, Pumps, Valves, BMS, Fire, & Generators etc).
Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.
Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
To install and repair plant as required and directed and respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with site
To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested
To respond to callouts and cover emergencies as required
Qualifications & Experience Required:
City & Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
F-Gas (Category 1) City & Guilds 2079-11
Possess practical, productive engineering skills with a strong technical knowledge
Previous experience working for an FM company
Previous experience working in a client facing environment
The package:
Salary: £38,000
