Build Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Southwark Council to source a Head of Corporate Contracts £51,663 - £64,725.

Due to a significant and exciting period of change across Corporate Facilities Management, Southwark Council are seeking an energetic and diligent Head of Corporate Contracts.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Facilities, you will be responsible for leading the Council's corporate procurement and contract strategy for pan Council facilities management contracted services driving change, service improvements and delivering sustainable cost efficiencies, whilst establishing and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders across the Council.
It is expected that applicants will be MCIPS as well as having experience of NEC3 and JCT forms of contract.
Due to the nature of this role, involving multiple external partners/supply chains, as well as multiple internal stakeholders, you will be a strong negotiator possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
