Maintenance Manager

Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm

One of the UK's highly selective coeducational independent educational sites are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team, with a team of 7 engineers across site you will be responsible with the day to day running, reactive and pre-planned maintenance and any other duties that may arise.
As a company they can offer 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, onsite parking and also free lunches!
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day duties of 7 engineers
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Managing the client and reacting to critical aspects of the site with urgency
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Issuing permits
- Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
- Writing of PPM schedules
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 2/3 equivalent in either electrical or building services
- Legionella experience (desirable)
- Well presented
- Client facing experience
- Held or able to pass an enhanced DBS
