The Helpdesk/Projects Assistant makes up part of the Administration Team which contributes to the effective and operation of the Administration Service
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Awareness of Confidentiality
- Demonstrate good team working
- Comprehensive Administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Sound organisational/co-ordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills & telephone manner
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Coordinating/Schedule Maintenance calls for Engineer
- Experience using MAXIMO (Not essential)
