Our client is seeking a recently qualified Air Conditioning to assist Skilled Technicians and carry out general Handyman Duties around site.

Must have already gained NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Air Conditioning *& Refrigeration and F Gas certificate.

Must 2 years expirence within AC service 

There are three elements to the service you will deliver: Assisting in regular planned servicing (against pre -agreed schedules), a reactive

works service and urgent breakdown service and a new equipment installation service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • To work to planned service activities across all sites and clients within our business
  • To undertake gas and mechanical works, issued through the technical Helpdesk, within
  • set time frames so customer expectations are met
  • To actively undertake general proactive maintenance work and reactive works
  • identified on site
  • To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works and attend to
  • breakdowns when required
  • To provide callout response for customers as detailed on the weekly callout rota
  • To work an amount of overtime to complete chargeable out-of-hours PPM and reactive
  • work
  • To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards
  • To provide a professional service and represent the Company in a way which ensures
  • customers satisfaction
  • To evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to build effective relationships ensuring that
  • the image presented suitably represents the high standards required by the Company

Essential


  • NVQ Level 2 Air Con and Refrigeration
  • FGas
  • Driving Licence
  • You will have significant relevant experience in the industry
  • Ability to assist in diagnosing faults and solving problems on Site
  • You will be able to work independently and to a high standard
  • You will have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proven ability to consistently deliver a first-class service to deadline
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude
