Supply Chain Manager
Leicester or Sheffield
Up to £35,000
Hexagon Group are recruiting for an engaged Supply Chain Manager with great communication skills to join one of their clients to help them manage their extensive supply chain.
Working as part of a close and friendly team, you will be responsible for assisting with supply chain rationalisation and communication. Ensuring that all companies working on the supply chain have accurate information, are compliant and are working within their measurable KPI's for effectiveness.
Your role will be to work as a conduit between the various internal teams to ensure the supply chain are effectively supporting the day to day service delivery within the operations. You will get to know your supply chain and who are the best suppliers to support each of the FM contracts.
You will create a risk profile across all suppliers and ensure there are risks and measures in place to protect both the company and the client base and will work closely with the operational teams to assist with mobilisations.
Key competencies
- At least 4 years experience within a customer facing role.
- CIPS qualification or be willing to work towards it.
- Senior stakeholder management experience and cross team working.
- Developing a continuous improvement culture and open collaborative relationship manager.
- Strong demonstratable experience of supplier performance management.
Qualities
- Great communication skills.
- Superb data management skills.
- Able to forge brilliant relationship with suppliers.
This role is paying up to £35,000 plus benefits and can be based from Leicester or Sheffield.
