FM Buyer - Hard Services
East Midlands or Sheffield & Home Base
Up to £35k plus benefits
FM Buyer required to join a leading FM service partner with a passion for working collaboratively with their teams and supply chain.
- You will have previous experience buying hard services and liaising with the supply chain.
- Negotiating with suppliers and leveraging relationships
- Working with the supply chain to build a cost model for bids
- Review bid submissions to ensure value for money
- Negotiate contracts locally and drive supplier performance
- Implement strategies to improve commercial performance
Competencies
- Knowledge and experience of facilities management or similar sector
- Collaborative approach to working with the supply chain and your colleagues.
- Able to work with multiple bids being priced at any one time.
