Our client is looking for a Temporary Maintenance Plumber to join a team of engineers working across several large commercial site in Hammersmith.
The Company:
You will be working for a large FM company. They serve corporate and public sector clients in multiple environments. Their clients rely on them to manage commercial offices, retail sites, care homes and other sites.
The successful candidate will carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance, breakdowns.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, installation, compliance tasks
- Reactive works, minor Plumbing install works, Pressure vessels valve replacement etc Legionella awareness, Point of Use heaters
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks as required
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Plumbing duties/plant room checks
- General Building services work when required
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
