Role Overview
My client is an established and fast growing Managing Agent that provides block and estate management services to their client base across the south of England. They are now due to growth looking to add a Team Leader to lead, motivate and manage a team of Property Managers and to deputise in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager from their Newquay regional office.
Critical Success Factors
- To deliver compliance to Health and Safety legislation across your allocated team portfolio
- To successfully lead and manage a team of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers
- To monitor staff performance within the team and report to the Regional Operations Manager
- To successfully manage a property portfolio to a high standard
- To deliver compliance to the ARMA Consumer Charter and Standards and RICS Code of Practice
- To deliver compliance to the Landlord and Tenant, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act and other relevant legislation covering our industry day to day management activities.
- Compliance to Company Procedures
- To deliver key objectives set by the Managing Director and Executive Board.
- To deliver internal and external reporting and operational functions on time
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and reduce lost managements with your team
- Provide excellent customer service
Core Activities
- To manage all day to day operational matters within the teams portfolio.
- To monitor staff performance within the department and hold regular one to one meetings
- To ensure that reports and tasks are delivered on time across the team
- To ensure that property management complaints are dealt with swiftly in accordance with Complaints Procedure
- To oversee the management of the portfolio to a high standard
