We have a fantastic new opportunity with a brand new client of ours looking for an experienced caretaker, covering a very large and new prestigious site in East London.
As this new client is a very large FM company they can offer a very competitive package, job security and progression.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of diverse FM services hard and soft (M&E and fabric services and maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, manned guarding etc.)
Working for a renowned Facilities Management company who cover a full range of commercial, residential and industrial services to their clients.
The ideal candidate will have come from a previous background in facilities management and have good experience within hard and soft services.
