Our clients who work in the Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Sector and provide maintenance to over 4000 Healthcare site nationwide with a company value of over £3 billion, are looking to recruit to their growing team of Engineers in the Stoke/Stafford area.
Role Purpose:
To Support the sites in delivering building services PPM and Reactive Maintenance to ensure the buildings are maintained to the highest level for visitors, customers, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, servicing, fault finding, Minor Installations, testing and inspection of Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services and equipment within critical environments, Commercial sites - including Hospitals, Clinics and Offices
- To maintain effective site FGas records
- Assist with other building services such as plumbing and carpentry
- Technical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and any applicable aspects of HTMs
- Deliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers
- Work with and support the Projects/Construction team and Technical Services Supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Essential)
- C&G FGAS and ODS Regulations (2079) (Safe handling of Refrigerants Certificate)(Essential)
- 18th Edition (Desired Not Essential)
- IPAF (Desired Not Essential)
- PASMA (Desired Not Essential)
- IOSH(Desired Not Essential)
- Previous experience working within a buildings maintenance environment
- Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
