IT Operations Manager

London

Up to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Role


  • Working closely with the IT director
  • Taking on projects to improve the sites networking (cisco)
  • Managing EPOS systems
  • Manage IT contractors
  • Manage IT systems safeguarding, including PCI compliance

Key Skills


  • Able to manage cybersecurity project management
  • Hands on skills required with Networking Cisco / Meraki, SAN, QNAPs, MS AD, o365, VMware. Ideally certified in MS AD mgt (MCSE/A) & Cisco Network mgt (CCNA)
  • Managing the site’s cloud, network and disaster recovery services
  • Zendesk service desk management

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Experience within hospitality or retail IT management
  • Strong cybersecurity skills
  • Strong networking skills
