Job Title: IT Technician
Salary: £24,000pa
Location: Manchester
Are you an IT helpdesk pro with knowledge in Office 365? I’m looking for a proactive helpdesk team member that will act as a triager, using their tech knowledge to be able to delegate to the right teams and deal with quick fixes.

The successful candidate
- Experience in 1st line support or similar
- Experience and interest in IT services
- Strong experience in Windows, Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- In depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN
- Computer based qualification
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+ or other certification
