Job Title: 2nd Line Technician
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Manchester
Are you a line technician with knowledge in Office 365? I’m looking for a proactive helpdesk team member that will be able to provide 2nd line IT support to all end users with an emphasis on great customer service.

About the position
- Providing profession first point of contact
- Proactive 2nd line support to all customers
- Handle escalated tickets from 1st line technicians and providing feedback
- Undertake maintenance for monitored systems
- Proactively seek resolution of issues
The successful candidate
- 2 years in 1st line support
- Experience in interest in IT services
- Strong experience in Windows, Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- In depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN
- Computer based qualification
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+ or other certification
