Billing Administrator
Preston
You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
This role will involve working closely on the in house system to ensure all customer invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner. Checking that jobs are costed correctly and all invoices are raised to reflect all of the costs incurred. Creating and maintaining strong links with key customers and providing bespoke information as required. Reviewing and compiling engineers worked hours for payroll purposes.
This is a Permanent, Full Time role.
Key Tasks
- Reviewing the status of jobs and identifying jobs to be invoiced
- Checking costs assigned to jobs
- Completing Jobs and raising customer invoices
- Submitting customer invoices in line with individual requirements
- Dealing with Customer queries on invoices
- Collating Engineers worked hours
- Checking engineers worked hours
- Support Credit control to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- 2+ Years’ experience in an admin/invoicing role
- Experience of liaising with customers in relation to invoices
- Experience Working in a fast paced working environment
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experienced working to tight month end deadlines
