General Overview:

  • Check meeting rooms to ensure tidy, chairs tucked in, flip chart paper from previous day removed, no rubbish under meeting tables.
  • Report any defects to FM via email.
  • Receive and transfer incoming calls to the relevant department/person.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure they are signed in correctly and the host advised.
  • Welcome contractors and ensure they are singed in correctly
  • Maintain the reception desk and reception area.
  • Receive and reply to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Help with Post Room duties when requested
