General Overview:
- Check meeting rooms to ensure tidy, chairs tucked in, flip chart paper from previous day removed, no rubbish under meeting tables.
- Report any defects to FM via email.
- Receive and transfer incoming calls to the relevant department/person.
- Welcome visitors and ensure they are signed in correctly and the host advised.
- Welcome contractors and ensure they are singed in correctly
- Maintain the reception desk and reception area.
- Receive and reply to all emails in a timely manner.
- Help with Post Room duties when requested
