Workplace Experience Specialist – Facilities - Manchester

DWF LLP is now seeking to recruit a Workplace Experience Specialist to join the Facilities team, to be based within our Manchester office (home based at the moment due to COVID).

The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the Workplace Experience Manager with the provision of the operating model; technologies, meetings, working settings (Home/Office), workplace design and digitisation. Delivering key services: Smart Collaboration (VC), Agile Working, Project governance/Service Improvement, Resource Booking (Meeting Rooms/Desks), Switchboard and Security Systems.

Ensuring that the Workplace provides high quality in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and best value and in the provision of an appropriate and professional service to within agreed service levels across all locations.

This is an exciting role within an ever-changing environment. It will be both challenging and rewarding and will allow the opportunity to exercise initiative and to gain and develop a broad variety of different skills. You will develop a culture of continuous improvement and encourage a value added service provision through innovation and best practice.

Assisting with the analysis of existing services and provision including costs; leading to robust options for best value and improvement. Supporting the service delivery in; developing the Customer support road map. Studying performance; via KPI's, SLA's; to inform the development and deliver a service excellence program.          

Main Duties:

We are looking for someone to add value to the design and implementation of employee-centric practices and to assist workplace models to design and implement employee-centric practices to drive effortless employee experiences.

You will support the workplace strategy and employee experience based on technology, analytics and user experience and be active in campaigns to raise awareness on Workplace topics.

It is key you will facilitate continuous improvement and learnings, optimise and get best value for money, provide analysis and translation of management information and reports to assist the Workplace Experience Manager to develop and improve the Workplace Experience.

You will provide analysis to support customer research, internal team insight and industry practice, support the establishment of clear KPI's and SLA's and provide support for projects and schemes.

Person Specification:

Relevant industry experience is desirable but not essential; Professional Services, Legal Services etc.Having prior experience in leading small projects is desirable.Fanatical about developing customer experience and service improvements.Experience of customer journey mapping and process mapping.A pre-emptive individual who seeks changes which lead to business improvement.Utilisation of Excel for data manipulation and analytics, incorporating lookups, conditional statements, tables and pivot tables to support MI production and analysis.Ability to engage key stakeholders and build strong and meaningful working relationships.Broad Workplace and Customer Experience background.The ability to think laterally and challenge the status quo to deliver continuous improvement and cost effectiveness in the services delivered.Process mapping experience is essential; experience in utilising value stream mapping is also desirable.Good technical understanding of systems, integrations and communications within an IT environment.
