Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Bristol
Salary: £28,000-£30,000+ dependent on experience
Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Our client is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a team of engineers working across Bristol.
The Company:
You will be working for a privately owned and fiercely independent nationwide supplier of maintenance services. They serve corporate, and public sector clients in multiple environments. Their clients rely on them to manage commercial offices, government sites, care homes and other sites.
The successful candidate will carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance, breakdowns and call outs on various energy sites across the South for a large maintenance provider.
The role will be covering sites across Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester.
Joining part of a larger team of already established engineers on well known government, care home and commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be allocated a set number of sites in a certain area to maintain.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, installation, compliance tasks
- Reactive works, minor Plumbing install works, Pressure vessels valve replacement etc Legionella awareness, Point of Use heaters
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks as required
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Plumbing duties/plant room checks
- General Building services work when required
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Full clean driving license
- Experience of mechanical/plant room/plumbing duties (desirable)
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
