We are working on behalf of the one of the UK's Leading Engineering Consultancies Organisation who are expanding across all of their specialist Business divisions and to this note they have an Urgent requirement for a Senior M + E Asset Surveyor .
This position is perfect for individuals who come from an Electrical or / and Mechanical background both operationally and managerial and who are looking to move into a more technical in house environment working within multiply sectors such as Health Care , Government , Defence , End user and general building services customer base .
Suitable candidates need to have experience in capturing M&E Assets to form Asset registers. Experience working with CAFM systems such as Concerto, Concept, MICAD, etc would be advantageous. They would be managing a team of surveyors and working across numerous projects as required . Lead an M&E surveyors team in the coordination and delivery of individual asset projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews ,Understand client needs and interpret and confirm the Asset project brief Provide assistance and support to other members of the engineering team within the company .Have an understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering systems , plant and equipment and the ability to report of both disciplines during meetings. Commit to supporting strategic around Capex and Asset management
The position will be home based, but need to travel nationwide when and if required , all expenses will be covered , meals , hotel allowance and travel will be PAID in full
£50,000 basic Salary
