Our client is a medium sized maintenance service provider working all over the UK across a broad range of customers and contracts. They have seen considerable growth during the last 6 months and the future looks very positive and bright.
This is a mixed client contract and all success candidate will be expected to work within both a high end commercial , multi tenanted office complexes as well as in a private residential and housing association environment dealing with both customers , building managers , property managers and tenants on a day to day basis. Single and 3 phase power , distribution and lighting systems , emergency lighting systems , intruder and access control systems , BMS, Water treatment, AHU’s, FCU’s hot and cold calls, heating, Electrical services, motors, pumps, air systems, fire alarms, drainage and plumbing, general building fabric issues on a remedial and planned maintenance.
Communication is key for this busy and fast past position success candidate will have the pleasure of working within a small area which is a massive bonus point , plus overtime and call out are not in short supply ! so the chance to earn extra money is a key factor once again for any potential candidates . No 2 days are the same as you will be dealing with many different clients and property managers however the capability to communicate at all levels in a polite and effective manager being the eternal diplomat must be behavior that come naturally.
