Overview:
We are seeking to appoint a Senior FM Manager – Electrical to be subject matter expert of Harrods critical electrical infrastructure, distribution and associated asset base. The successful candidate will be the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) HV electrical for the Harrods property portfolio. As well as being responsible for the day to day operational management of the 24/7 electrical shift team, providing leadership and coaching to ensure best practice.
Reporting to the head of FM, you will be responsible for project management and the implementation and delivery of the maintenance strategy for all electrical systems throughout the estate. As part of the senior leadership team, you will undertake the duty manager role as required, responsible for the delivery of all facility services across the estate.
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring and inclusive leader, with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating 24/7 shift teams. Demonstrating a track record of driving continuous performance improvement, you will be an excellent communicator with extensive experience ‘best in class’ customer facing team.
A qualified electrical engineer and an expert in HV/LV systems, must have held Senior Authorised Person (SAP) for HV networks.
