Business Development Manager - Maintenance
Remote Role – Head Office Essex
£50-£65,000 base – plus car – OTE £120k

The Role:
This role sits solely within New Business wins, with an excellent portfolio of business they typically look to create, nurture and maintain long standing relationships with large corporate companies. Reporting into a Business Development Director your skillset with be mentored and nurtured. This role allows you to have full management of your client base and full accountability for your success. You will be expected to seek out new business, pitch, present and deliver on successful sales.
Who will you be?
- We are looking to speak with success stories – Sales candidates who have achieved excellent targets and can open doors
- This is a remote based role, so we are looking for a self-starter and someone who is productive and can manage their own time and diary.
- You will love building and nurturing relationships – a people person
- High energy and resilient
- Ideally you will have experience in selling B2B in the FM sector
- This is a senior position with huge scope
