Our Client who are an Electrical Contractor and also a good sized company based in the Shropshire area are looking to recruit an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor. They provide their service mainly within the commercial, industrial and leisure sectors.
Our client is looking for a hardworking, meticulous when inspecting installation works, self motivated and reliable individual to join their team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, ongoing training and development.
The successful QS Electrician must:
- Be a fully qualified Electrician (Essential)
- C&G Test & Inspect 2391 (Essential)
- 18th Edition
- Ideally hold IPAF/PASMA licences (Desired)
The role will involve:
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with current standards delivered to maintain company registration as a NICEIC approved Electrical installation contractor.
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of all categories of electrical work, including installation, certification of works, repair and alterations carried out under the scope of the contract.
- Understand the inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken.
- Work alongside colleagues to carry out a wide variety of electrical works including installation and testing.
