Senior Project Manager
Liverpool
We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a Facilities Management company in Liverpool

- £45-£50k plus car allowance
Duties of the role
- Managing Projects between £10k and £3million
- Managing all Operational, Financial, HESQ (Health, Environmental, Safety and Quality) and Commercial performance of the projects.
- Managing a projects team including QS and surveyors
- Taking full responsibility for the profitable control and management of multi-discipline projects
- Implementing a strategy to increase commercial performance and achieve agreed client satisfaction levels measured through KPI's. They will have an objective and proactive approach to interaction
- Provide positive Leadership & Contribution to the strategic direction, performance, and growth of the business.
- Review, develop and agree roles and responsibilities for each project team member ensuring that all persons under their control are competent to fulfil their assigned tasks.
- Ensure commercial performance of the project is monitored and reported in line with business procedures.
Requirements/Qualifications
- An industry applicable ONC/HNC/BEng or NVQ equivalent, Background in construction surveying or M&E
- Experience with Hospital or NHs healthcare contract would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous Operations Management experience on a Facilities Management Contract
- Project Management experience managing multiple projects at any one time
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent Financial acumen managing budgets to achieve financial targets
- Ability to manage a complex team
