Workplace Change Manager
London - remote working for 2021 but needs to be UK based

Workplace change specialist required for my dynamic and highly regarded client based in London. You will live and breathe workplace transformation and have a passion for the workplace being at the forefront of a company thinking. You will be joining a dynamic team of consultants, planners, change managers and workplace specialists who are working on some of the most exciting workplace transformations across the world.
This is a key role in the development of a focussed workplace change practice so experience of managing culture change and the importance of wellness in a workplace are equally important. A theoretical background in organisational design or psychology is going to put you in good stead for this role.
You will need demonstrable workplace strategy experience and the ability to fully engage with sometimes difficult clients. Project co-ordination and data interpretation will come naturally to you as you will be responsible for managing the stakeholder's expectations and detailing how new behaviours are adopted.
This role will be based out of London but with a flexible working arrangement - there is no requirement to be based at the office or client site until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
