Head of Estates
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Head of Estates role to work on a Healthcare contract in the Midlands. This is a full time Permanent role

As the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for the Estates Operational Team and the maintenance service of the Facilities Management Contract.
Duties
- Provide guidance for the review and modification of the Planned Preventative Maintenance program
- Offer the contract team operational and technical expertise
- Provide commercial expertise and awareness managing the business efficiency of the contract in a cost-effective manner
- Develop, implement, and monitor contingency plans in line with Business Continuity Plans
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and develop a robust health and safety environment
Requirements
- Technical Qualification either mechanical or electrical
- Previous experience as a Head of Estates on a Health care contract
- Working knowledge of PFI contract
- Act as Authorised or Responsible Person qualified to Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) standard
