Head of Estates

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Head of Estates role to work on a Healthcare contract in the Midlands. This is a full time Permanent role

As the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for the Estates Operational Team and the maintenance service of the Facilities Management Contract.

Duties


  • Provide guidance for the review and modification of the Planned Preventative Maintenance program
  • Offer the contract team operational and technical expertise
  • Provide commercial expertise and awareness managing the business efficiency of the contract in a cost-effective manner
  • Develop, implement, and monitor contingency plans in line with Business Continuity Plans
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a robust health and safety environment

Requirements


  • Technical Qualification either mechanical or electrical
  • Previous experience as a Head of Estates on a Health care contract
  • Working knowledge of PFI contract
  • Act as Authorised or Responsible Person qualified to Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) standard
